As required by the CM July 23, 2010, No 59, not having the mandatory kindergarten, an increase of 150 seats in respect of staffing entitlement is derived from a specific provision within the quota of total resources allocated all'USR for Lombardy, the places are were allocated to the individual provincial reality by stock waiting lists of children born before December 31, 2007.
To ensure uniformity in the behavior of territorial offices of this Directorate and to clarify lines of action of the school administration, in the spirit of full transparency of the criteria used for the allocation plan, it is established - as pointed out on several occasions - that the additional resources will be designed to adjust the number of sections of existing requests for additional inscriptions, therefore, there are no conditions to proceed with the activation of new state-schools, also in view of provisions of art. 2, c. 4 of Presidential Decree 89/09.
